Nah man, I'm a PVW maniac my self so I dont sell my issues 'cause that would ruin my collection. I can scan something if you want (not the whole issue though  ) and email it to you Ask Jakemeister here, I think he has some issues for sale or check ebay.co.uk (I bought most of my old issues from there)

i don't have 1999 issues of performance vw, the ones that i sold began in 2000 i believe
60% of the time it works all the time.
